At the time of this posting Ask God Anything has 333 hits.

Q: What does that mean if anything?

I went to Net.Bible.org  and typed in 333 to search under Bible and these 2 scriptures came up.

Nehemiah 4:1 When Sanballat heard that we were rebuilding the wall he exploded in anger, vilifying the Jews.

Daniel 4:3 How great are his signs! And how full of power are his wonders! His kingdom is an eternal kingdom and his rule goes on from generation to generation.

Sanballat, in Nehemiah, was an enemy of God and the Jews.

Daniel 4:3 uses the words of King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon after God brought Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego out of the fiery furnace alive and unburned.

Sanballat was about to see the Jews rebuild the temple and was against God from beginning to end.

King Nebuchadnezzar witnessed a major miracle when the three Jewish men refused to bow down and worship him as god. He was an enemy in the beginning then a believer at the end of the story.

Sanballat hated the Jews and God while Nebuchadnezzar declared that the god of the Jews was God.

What does this mean?

Total of 333 hits by today’s date, 7/2/12? A Bible search with 333 results in 2 scriptures? About two different people? Both scriptures are Old Testament.  Daniel 4:3 How great are his signs Both scriptures have two four’s and only one three? Does adding 4+1=5; 4+3=8; 4+1+4+3=12; and the date 7+2+2012=2021; or 7+2+12=21 mean anything? Is God saying something in any of this? Is there a message?

As of now, all I can think of are the 3 bills that I don’t yet have the money to pay for the month of June; mortgage, credit card and vehicle registration.  It bothers me that I’m late on paying them but I’m asking for God’s help.

Q: If Jesus was crucified on the date, 4.3.33 AD at 9:00 AM and died on the same date at 3:00 PM then do the sum of these numbers mean anything in Biblical numerology?I’m not a numerologist, in fact, I’m terrible with numbers and math was my worst subject in school. I’ve read a few things on numerology in attempts to understand the basics, however, the more I learn the more confused I get.

Add the numbers in the date, 4+3+3+3=13 and big bad 13 pops up. I don’t know if 13 is truly an omen of evil in Biblical numerology but I do know that Satanists and Masons like it.

If we take the times of day that are significant, 9:00 AM through 3:00 PM (3:00 PM=15:00 hours for ease of calculation) and subtract that’s 6 hours of suffering then death on the cross.  Six is, from what I understand, not a happy number.  Yet its just one 6 and I don’t know what that means.

When adding the time numbers, 9+3=12 may mean something or nothing.  I don’t know.

When adding the sums of the date and hours, 13+6=19.  Does 19 mean anything?  I don’t know.

On the Shroud of Turin image, the blood stain on his forehead makes a distinct number 3. What does that mean when added? 13+12+19=44 I don’t know.

Jesus was 3 days and nights under the Earth.  Does that have meaning when added to these other numbers? 13+12+19+3=47  I don’t know.

When adding all the threes and only the threes we have 18.  Does that mean anything?

When adding all the original numbers we have 3+3+3+3+3+3+4+9=31.  Does that mean anything?

When adding all the previously added numbers 13+12+6+19+18=68.  Does that mean anything?

When adding 31+68=99. Does that mean anything?

A: I don’t know!

I don’t even know if I did my math right.  Would someone check my work?

Is there anyone who can enlighten this poor mathematician?

Q: If Jesus was crucified on the date, 4. 3. 33 AD at 9:00 AM and died on the same date at 3:00 PM then do those numbers mean something?

Negative turned into a positive.

Number 3?

A: Several numbers experts have concluded that Jesus was crucified on 4.  3. 33 AD (see Wikipedia under Lunar Eclipse).  It seems to me, if that is correct, those numbers are SCREAMING something to us.  Clearly the Bible, both old and new testaments, use numbers in a meaningful way, which can’t be ignored.  “In conveying God’s revelation they doubtless communicated matters in patterns that were familiar to them and to the surrounding ancient Near Eastern world” (Introduction to the Third Day Motif, Study By: Richard D. Patterson). Obviously, cultural aspects are involved, yet it transcends cultures.

Q: Concerning Jesus’ death and resurrection are many threes (4.3.33; death at 3 PM).  Do many threes have meaning?

A: According to Patterson, from his study, The Use Of Three In The Bible, it is significant.

use of the number three in a series, which conveys implications and expectations beyond the normal conventional meaning, so the third day often carries with it an additional sense or nuance. It seems apparent from the scriptural record that the third day was selected for a given activity or matter at hand for some distinct purpose and attendant emphasis, which those who were involved in the situation understood. Likewise those who later heard or read of the incident would be familiar with the various possible emphases in the choice.

Q:  Since we are those reading about “the incident” do all those threes jump out and tell us more?

A:  Patterson goes on to list examples such as, how our “spiritual healing is associated with” the number three.  Month number 3 is connected to a “significant action or event” that occurred. Three can also stand for “completeness or finality.”  His sacrifice on the cross was complete and He was resurrected from the dead finally and forever on day three.  Sometimes, three will indicate “new information that will generate further activity” (The Use Of Three In The Bible, Study By: Richard D. Patterson).

Resurrection certainly is new information and it has generated further activity from then till now.
