Stupid But True

Once a friend and I were driving around a big city and we were lost as usual, so we looked around for signs and land marks.  We found a sign alright.

Someone spray painted a pentagram on a brick wall with an evil message.  I read it to my friend, “Look, it says 666 Satan Rules”.  My friend, the English teacher told me, “Actually, it says Satin Rules.” (satin – cloth, fabric, material).  🙂

I couldn’t help but laugh… at myself.  I was never good at spelling and I’m not alone.

Now I know how to spell both words correctly.
