April 3, 33 AD

Q: If Jesus was crucified on the date, 4. 3. 33 AD at 9:00 AM and died on the same date at 3:00 PM then do those numbers mean something?

Negative turned into a positive.

Number 3?

A: Several numbers experts have concluded that Jesus was crucified on 4.  3. 33 AD (see Wikipedia under Lunar Eclipse).  It seems to me, if that is correct, those numbers are SCREAMING something to us.  Clearly the Bible, both old and new testaments, use numbers in a meaningful way, which can’t be ignored.  “In conveying God’s revelation they doubtless communicated matters in patterns that were familiar to them and to the surrounding ancient Near Eastern world” (Introduction to the Third Day Motif, Study By: Richard D. Patterson). Obviously, cultural aspects are involved, yet it transcends cultures.

Q: Concerning Jesus’ death and resurrection are many threes (4.3.33; death at 3 PM).  Do many threes have meaning?

A: According to Patterson, from his study, The Use Of Three In The Bible, it is significant.

use of the number three in a series, which conveys implications and expectations beyond the normal conventional meaning, so the third day often carries with it an additional sense or nuance. It seems apparent from the scriptural record that the third day was selected for a given activity or matter at hand for some distinct purpose and attendant emphasis, which those who were involved in the situation understood. Likewise those who later heard or read of the incident would be familiar with the various possible emphases in the choice.

Q:  Since we are those reading about “the incident” do all those threes jump out and tell us more?

A:  Patterson goes on to list examples such as, how our “spiritual healing is associated with” the number three.  Month number 3 is connected to a “significant action or event” that occurred. Three can also stand for “completeness or finality.”  His sacrifice on the cross was complete and He was resurrected from the dead finally and forever on day three.  Sometimes, three will indicate “new information that will generate further activity” (The Use Of Three In The Bible, Study By: Richard D. Patterson).

Resurrection certainly is new information and it has generated further activity from then till now.

Worse Than A Fatal Car Wreck

Q:  Why is it so powerful to look at scenes of the crucifixion?

Image The crucifixion gets our attention regardless of our beliefs.  The scene is worse than a fatal car wreck.  People have not become totally numb to the paintings and films depicting Jesus’ crucifixion. When The Passion Of The Christ came out it created such a stir because for the first time in art history we saw the realistic brutality of not only crucifixion but Jesus’ crucifixion. His crucifixion was different from all others. We see horrible things in this present age that our minds have become desensitized to viewing. In the modern art of TV we see realistic murders, explosions, guns pointed at people’s’ heads and pools of blood. In the news we see the same things but they’re real. Yet the crucifixion of Jesus has some how never lost the “drama”, if you will, that keeps us focused on watching and wanting to learn more about it. Why is that?

A: Jesus himself answers this question in John 12:32And I, when I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all people to myself.”

With crucifixion, the condemned is up off the ground and upright. Almost like someone on stage or a tall statue to get our attention. Notice that he said, all of us will be drawn to him when we see him lifted up off the ground. When we see Jesus up off the ground with his arms stretched out, wearing a crown of thorns and bleeding we can not stop looking at him.

But wait, there’s more!

In John 6:30, people ask him, “Then what miraculous sign will you perform, so that we may see it and believe you? What will you do?

Basically, we need more than you saying that you are GOD we need a visual sign that no human can perform. That’s a fair question. In those days, every pharaoh and emperor claimed god status and people got the ax for not believing them.

Q: People today are asking, “How do we know that Jesus is truly God?” After all, many people now claim to be god.

A: John 6:62Then what if you see the Son of Man ascending to where he was before?

After Jesus was lifted up to die people saw him lifted up ALIVE and ascending to heaven. He gave us the a sign that no human can accomplish to prove that He is God. That sign is visible to this very day!

Q: How, you are asking?

A: That miraculous Shroud of Turin keeps giving us answers as well as deeper questions.

I can’t get enough of this website, ShroudofJesus.com. To summarize, there are multiple images on this shroud and crime scene investigators are using advanced technology on each image. CSI’s have determined that the image of the man (the one no PhD. can understand how the image was made) is actually showing us a man who is up off the ground in an upright position.

That is the sign. Jesus lifted up off the ground in an upright position. We can’t stop looking at this sign in its many forms. His sign is saying; John 14:6 Jesus replied,“I am the way, and the truth, and the life.No one comes to the Father except through me.

Me Evil?

DailyPuppy.com

Q: I’m not evil, I’ve never killed anybody!  How can I be evil?  I’m too sweet.

A: We tend to think of “evil” as a raving psycho killer with a chain saw.  According to Psalm 14:3,Everyone rejects God; they are all morally corrupt.  None of them does what is right, not even one!‘” All of us are guilty of not doing what is right at least once if not always.  God is telling us, the essence of evil is simply to not do what is right.

Other Religions Use The ‘G’ Word

215px-10Command56

Original one sheet for the film, The Ten Commandments 1956, was provided by Wikipedia®.

Q: Do people get offended by other religion’s use of the word god?A: For the most part, no. People become offended by the use of the word God when Jesus (Y’SHUA) / LORD (YHWH) is implied. The ONE who we don’t want to be god is GOD.

Its just like near the end of The Ten Commandments, with Charlton Heston and Yule Brenner… Pharaoh returns to his throne after watching his entire military get wiped out and his wife, Nefretiri (Anne Baxter), asks something like, ‘Did you find this god of Moses?’

Pharaoh replies, “His god is God.”

Its just like that.

Did Someone Say The ‘G’ Word?

Q: Why is the word ‘god’ so offense to people? In English, g-o-d is a generic word and does not refer to any specific deity so why do people get offended at any use of that word?

A: Simple, we humans are EVIL just like God said.  (Mathew 7:11; Mark 7:21-23)

I used to be intensely angry at God and blamed him for all my pain in life. Whenever I heard others talking about God I got angry.  No, angrier, I was already angry.  I have no problem admitting to being as evil as God says I am.  That’s why I need Jesus.

Holes In My Money Bag Update #1

Yesterday, I decided that I needed to put God first by adding to this blog.  I spent most of the day, all of the night (I’m a night owl) and this afternoon but none of it has felt like work.  The time has flown by, I’ve eaten very little yet I do not feel hungry or weak, in fact, I feel quite good!  I don’t want to stop not even to take breaks although, I have.  I never thought it would feel good!Isaiah 40:31 But those who wait for the Lord’s helpfind renewed strength; they rise up as if they had eagles’ wings, they run without growing weary, they walk without getting tired.

John 4:31-34 Meanwhile the disciples were urging him,“Rabbi, eat something.”32 But he said to them, “I have food to eat that you know nothing about.” 33 So the disciples began to sayto one another, “No one brought him anythingto eat, did they?”34 Jesus said to them, “My food is to do the will of the one who sent meand to completehis work.

Romans 14:17 For the kingdom of God does not consist of food and drink, but righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit.

John 6:55-56For my flesh is truefood, and my blood is truedrink. 56 The one who eats my flesh and drinks my blood resides in me, and I in him.

I can tell you that it’s all TRUE!!!  When we do God’s work we do not starve or become tired!

Holes In My Money Bag

Q:  “Lord, what am I doing wrong in business?  Why am I loosing money?”

I’m starting out in business on my own and I’ve had some limited success.  As soon as I start making money it stops and I end up broker.  I have asked God, “What am I doing wrong?”  Just recently, he has given me the answer.  I came across this scripture a few weeks ago online and heard it explained in more detail on TV on 4/22/2012.

A:  Haggai 1:4  Is it right for you to live in richly paneled houses while my temple is in ruins?”  1:5  “Here then is what the LORD who rules over all says:  ‘Think carefully about what you are doing.  1:6  You have planted much, but have harvested little.  You eat, but are never filled.  You drink, but are still thirsty.  You put on clothes, but are not warm.  Those who earn wages end up with holes in their money bags.’”  1:7 “Moreover, the LORD who rules over all says:  ‘Pay close attention to these things also.  1:8  Go up to he hill country and bring back timber to build the temple.  Then I will be pleased and honored, says the LORD.  1:9  ‘You expected a large harvest, but instead there was little, and when you brought it home it disappeared right away.  Why?’ asks the LORD who rules over all.  ‘Because my temple remains in ruins, thanks to each of you favoring his own house!  1:10  This is why the sky has held back its dew and the earth its produce.  1:11 Moreover, I have called for a drought that will affect the fields, the hill country, the grain, new wine, fresh olive oil, and everything they produce.

Here’s the insider information.  This is my first blog and I want it to be more than informative, I want it to be a guide to the one true living God.  It is my way of telling people, God wants us to talk to him, ask him questions and expect answers.  On several occasions, I told God and myself that I would work on this blog first thing and add to it on a regular basis but instead I watched TV, fell asleep, read other blogs, worked on the yard or cleaned up my house.  Worst of all, I worked on my business first and did little with this blog!

I did this too.

1:9  You expected a large harvest, but instead there was little, and when you brought it home it disappeared right away.  Why?’ asks the LORD who rules over all.  ‘Because my temple remains in ruins, thanks to each of you favoring his own house!

That’s me 100%.  I have favored my house while the thing that I devoted to GOD is in ruins.

Just as the scripture says, 1:6  “You have planted much, but have harvested little.”  I’ve made money but it disappeared.  When business picked up it suddenly stopped and I’m left confused and frustrated.  I did not do what I told God I would do and I put him last therefore, he has done the same to me.

Also, I did this, “Those who earn wages end up with holes in their money bags.” All of my money has fallen through the holes in my bag!  This is a serious problem.  I’ve not made enough to pay all of my bills so I’m living off of savings.  However, my savings is quickly dwindling away so to fill the gap I use my credit card and this only puts me in more debt.  This is not where I planned to be.

Q:  Now how can I turn this bad financial situation around?

A:  Do what he said to do.  1:7  “Moreover, the LORD who rules over all says:  ‘Pay close attention to these things also.  1:8  Go up to he hill country and bring back timber to build the temple.  Then I will be pleased and honored, says the LORD.”  Translation, go to where there is building material and bring that material back so that I can build the “temple” that I promised to God.

Q:  When should I do this?  I’ll have time after I get a business site, cards made and advertize.

1:11 Moreover, I have called for a drought that will affect the fields, the hill country, the grain, new wine, fresh olive oil, and everything they produce.”  I feel a drought coming that will negatively affect all of the food that I eat, the hill country where the building material is, the carbohydrates that I need to do the work, wine i.e. good times, the cold pressed virgin olive oil that is healthy and everything else that I need to live!

A:  Do it NOW!

Haggai 1:13  Then Haggai, the LORD’s messenger, spoke the LORD’s word to the people:  “I am with you!” says the LORD.  1:14 So the LORD energized and encouraged” [the leaders] “and the whole remnant of the people.  They came and worked on the temple of their God, the LORD who rules over all.

So now, I’m adding to this blog and will add more on a regular basis.  I will let everyone know how my business does after this.  If you have anything to add or any questions please leave a post.

People tell me to invest in the Iraqi Dinar so should I?

1 million iraqi dinar

1 million iraqi dinar (Photo credit: mandiberg)

Q: What is the Iraqi Dinar?

A:  It is the Iraqi currency.  Right now the IQD is valued at way less than one cent USD.  Many people believe that any day now, it will be Revalued (RV) at an amount that will make those who have exchanged USD for IQD wealthy.

Q: Is the Iraqi Dinar a good investment?

That’s a question that I’ve been asking for a while now. I’ve looked at numerous websites, talk with others who have invested, asked my banker about it and asked God about it. On 2 or 3 occasions I almost made a small investment of $150 but I hesitated and now I’m glad!

A: No. Not unless you understand the foreign exchange market 100% and spend money that you can afford to lose.  If you have already invested in the Iraqi Dinar now MAY be the best time to sell it and take whatever you can get!

Q: Who would invest in Iraqi Dinar?

A:  People who want money, just like you and me.  People who want to get rich overnight, quit their jobs, pay off all their debts and go on a shopping spree.  To become wealthy overnight is a gift from God and a few people on this Earth have been given this gift (see 2 Chronicles 1:11-13).

I know of a group of people who have taken amounts from $150 – $1600 out of their paychecks for over a year now and bought Iraqi Dinars.  They bought them online from internet sites that “look” official.  They read information on other websites that listed all the pros and zero cons.  They are convinced that at any moment the IQD will be revalued and they can exchange what was once worthless paper into millions of USD.

Q: What’s wrong with that idea?

A: Simple, it’s a lie.

The lie is based on what happened with the Kuwaiti Dinar, which is not the same story as with the Iraqi Dinar.  There probably were some people who made big money when the value of the Kuwaiti Dinar shot up after Saddam Hussein was ousted.  However, the Kuwaiti Dinar had significant value before the Iraqi invasion.  That value was reduced to near zero to prevent money laundering.  After the restoration of Kuwait to the Kuwaiti government the original value was re-established.

Q: So what’s the difference?

A: Saddam Hussein not only tortured and killed people but he also grossly inflated the value of the Iraqi Dinar at more than $3 (and stuck his ugly mug on it).  The monetary powers that be did not consider Hussein’s’ value to be correct since it wasn’t based on market value economics but on dictator-nomics.  Now there is a new Iraqi Dinar without Mr. Ugly on it, which is the one valued at way less than a penny.

People who have invested in the Iraqi Dinar believe that there is no way to lose in this deal.  Whether or not the Dinar is revalued at $1.00 or .10 cents but many think it will RV at around $3.00 or more because Iraq has oil.  They see it as a win-win solution to all their woes despite any exchange fees and taxes.

What is most likely to happen is that the decimal point will be moved three digits to the left.  For example, a 25,000.00 Dinar will become a 25.00 Dinar. Then whatever value it is given will be close to that of the USD.  If that is the case, many people are likely to lose money in fees rather than make big money.  *** Disclaimer:  I’M NOT MAKING PREDICTIONS!  This is the greater probability from what I have learned researching this specific investment.  All investments have degrees of risk and reward.  Past performance is not an indicator of future performance.  Current performance is not an indicator of past or future performance.

Q: What makes you think that it won’t make people rich?

A: I’m an investor who hates to lose money especially after having lost money in investments and schemes.  Therefore, I’ve done a great deal of ASKing (see Ask, Seek, Knock page).  I wanted to invest in IQD over a year ago but after my research I found some things that alarmed me and kept me from buying.  Here are just some red flags.

  1. The Iraqi Dinar is sold almost exclusively online including Ebay rather than in banks. That includes big US banks like Bank of America and Chase.
  2. Sellers tell us when the IQD is RV investors can exchange for USD for a value 300 – 1000 times more than the purchase price.  This can make investors millions! This is too exaggerated to be true… it walks like a duck.
  3. The RV could be any day now!  Hurry buy your IQD before the rate goes up!  This is pressure to buy impulsively, which is usually always a bad decision.
  4. The RV will be March 21st! Many people have set dates and all of them have come and gone.  It’s just like people setting dates for the end of the world.
  5. When the IQD is RV your investment will skyrocket.  There is no certainty that the IQD will be RV… it talks like a duck.  Many countries never get RV.
  6. There is no way to lose.  You make a profit if it’s RV is .05 cents.  There are several ways to lose and all investments have potential to lose your money.
  7. Some sellers were put out of business by governments and others have changed the company name and keep selling.  It’s a BAD sign when companies change names!  Look into Dinar Banker turned into Sterling Currency Group.
  8. There will be fees of 5-20% to pay upon exchanging and IRS taxes but investors will make so much money that it won’t matter.  If anyone does make a profit it is likely to be small and, therefore, eaten up by fees and taxes.
  9. Listen to the conference calls, get the information packet, etc.  These “conference calls” and “information packets” are from the companies selling the IQD. Not governments or regulated exchange markets.
  10. We are the official, legitimate, original sellers of the IQD.  We have approval from the US Treasury, SEC and ABC!  Those approvals only make them look official.  It’s best to buy directly from the Foreign Securities Exchange or Forex. It’s a duck!

There are more red flags these are just a few that popped up in my eyes when I was searching.  Want more information?  Here are a few websites with clear information.

Q: Did you warn those people who bought IQD?

A:  I have tried but they refuse to listen.  Some have gotten angry and yelled, “You just read the information that I gave you!  Stick with that, it’s all you need to know!”   That is the most painful part of all this.  The way these people are acting about this “investment”.  They are convinced that this WILL make them overnight millionaires.  They say things like, “I’m looking into real estate to buy after the RV. This is the real deal.  However much the RV is I win.  I know I’m going to be rich, I just know I am.  I can feel it!”  Needless to say, their behavior was one more red flag that helped me decide to say, “No.” to the IQD.

Their behavior troubled me so much that I was compelled to research what the Bible says about riches and wealth.  (Keep in mind that I am an investor and I want to make money too so I’m not putting down money or rich people.)  The Bible has a plethora of warnings for us all regarding money.

Proverbs 13:11  “Wealth gained quickly will dwindle away, but the one who gathers it little by little will become rich.”  They’re going to RV the IQD any day now and I’m going to say, Take this job and shove it!”

Proverbs 13:13  “The one who despises instruction will pay the penalty, but whoever esteems instruction will be rewarded.”  I did listen to my banker who also researched it and said it sounded suspicious.  He has more money than me.

Proverbs 13:18  “The one who neglects discipline ends up in poverty and shame, but the one who accepts reproof is honored.”  They won’t let me or anyone point out the negatives.  Instead they get mad and walk away.

Proverbs 13:20  “The one who associates with the wise grows wise, but a companion of fools suffers harm.”  The people who I know all work together and talk about this constantly.

Proverbs 19:2  “It is dangerous to have zeal without knowledge, and the one who acts hastily makes poor choices.”  I’ve been there, done that and suffered!

Proverbs 19:3  “A person’s folly subverts his way, and his heart rages against the LORD.”  When life goes bad and people realize that they’ve been deceived they blame God.

Proverbs 22:3  “A shrewd person sees danger and hides himself, but the naive keep right on going and suffer for it.”  They keep buying more IQD!

Proverbs 23:5  “When you gaze upon riches, they are gone, for they surely make wings for themselves, and fly off into the sky like an eagle!”  They are obsessed with riches.

Proverbs 28:11  “A rich person is wise in his own eyes, but a discerning poor person can evaluate him properly.”  Look at the red flags!

Timothy 6:9  “Those who long to be rich, however, stumble into temptation and a trap and many senseless and harmful desires that plunge people into ruin and destruction.  6:10  For the love of money is the root of all evils.  Some people in reaching for it have strayed from the truth and stabbed themselves with many pains.”   I have stabbed myself and it hurts for a long time.

Luke 12:15  “Then he said to them, “Watch out and guard yourself from all types of greed, because one’s life does not consist in the abundance of his possessions.”  After stabbing myself on more than one occasion I’ve now learned to watch out and guard myself.

To the IQD sellers, you will not live it up in Switzerland!

Proverbs 13:21  “Calamity pursues sinners, but prosperity rewards the righteous.”

Proverbs 19:5  “A false witness will not go unpunished, and the one who spouts out lies will not escape punishment.”

Proverbs 22:16  “The one who oppresses the poor to increase his own gain and the one who gives to the rich – both end up only in poverty.”

Proverbs 28:13  “The one who covers his transgressions will not prosper, but whoever confesses them and forsakes them will find mercy.”

Habakkuk 2:9  “The one who builds his house by unjust gain is as good as dead.  He does this so he can build his nest way up high and escape the clutches of disaster.”

Timothy 6:10  “For the love of money is the root of all evils. Some people in reaching for it have strayed from the truth and stabbed themselves with many pains.”

2  Timothy 3:13  “But evil people and charlatans will go from bad to worse, deceiving others and being deceived themselves.”

John 8:44 “You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father’s desire. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies.”

Psalm 101:7 “No-one who practices deceit will dwell in my house; no-one who speaks falsely will stand in my presence.”

Madonna? No, La Donna?

Q:  Who is La Donna?

Dr. La Donna Taylor’s violin

A:  Her name is Dr. La Donna Taylor and she’s no ho!

I woke up from a nap on Resurrection Sunday, AKA Easter Sunday, and heard     this woman’s music on TV.  I like the violin and I found her music to be beautiful as well as powerful.

Since I was kind of groggy, I thought the man on TV called her Madonna and said  something like, “this music is your ministry for the Gospel”.  Then I thought, “Is this guy stupid?”  Everybody knows that Madonna is  the supreme ‘ho’ of the music industry and high priestess in the occult.  As I woke up I saw that it was not trashy Madonna acting superior above all but a regular person who plays the violin beautifully.

So there ya go.  Satan has Madonna and Jesus has La Donna.  Go see her for yourself.
